Plumbing
He arrived promptly on short notice. Was pleasant, friendly and carefully explained what he was going to do. He did the work quickly, efficiently and explained what we needed to do next (leave it alone). I also had questions about other non-related items (the pros and cons of getting a tank less water heater) and he answered all the questions that I had. He also carefully cleaned up after he was done. As painless as it could be.
