I received a phone call confirming the appointment I booked online within an hour. The inspector arrived early, was very thorough and I received the inspection report the next day.

We were looking to purchase a 1949, previously foreclosed home as first time buyers so we were super nervous about the property. Ralph was a little pricier than most home inspection services but it was so worth it because he's so knowledgeable. We had asked for a mold inspection, 4 point, wind, and termite inspection. He showed up early, took the time to verbally walk us through the process and asked us about any concerns we had around the house. He was super attentive, accommodating and patient with us as we followed him throughout the home asking questions basically the entire time. We feel so much better going through this process knowing we have him as an "advisor" and will probably continue to work with Ralph for future inspections. If you're willing to shell out a little more money for peace of mind, I highly recommend going with Ralph.

Ralph and Cabal Inspection Services were great. Ralph was early to the home inspection and estimated the inspection time to be around 1-2 hours since he had past experiences within the neighborhood. He was very experienced and knowledgeable and very patient, answering in detail our questions to the findings he pointed out. The inspection took around 2 hours and did not feel rushed at all. We ordered the home inspection as well as the 4-point and wind mitigation reports. He had all the reports for us done that night. Just to give you a little insight on why I chose Cabal, a little before I started home searching, I spent a month researching for top candidates for a home inspection company, looking at how many years they have been inspecting, whether they was accredited with CMI, NACHI, ASHI, and FABI, whether they were affiliated with Florida's home inspector associations and if they were doing the inspections themselves vs an inspector under them. I also checked if they had a social media presence, nothing better says lack of attention to detail by having abandoned social media accounts. If they had a warranty, and buy back guarantees, that was a bonus. For every criteria I set and searched for, one name kept coming up Cabal Inspection. After my inspection, I know I chose correctly. As constructive criticism, I would like to point out a couple things. First, was the website ordering process. The website is professional but the ordering process a bit convoluted. If ordering just the home inspection, and complete the process, you get sent the invoice for the correct amount but if you order more services, the invoice only charges the home inspection and you get called after the fact to confirm the services before getting the correct invoice amount. Either let the customer know to expect a call or have the services invoiced for the correct amount from the beginning. Second is offering a sample report on the website. I know there were a few places on the website and emails I received that said that there is a sample report we can see before ordering but its no where to be found. Even after everything is said and done, never did receive in the end that sample report. Last is more of a suggestion, allow for the reports to be web based in a online portal for easy access from any device like a smart phone.

He was first very punctual and very thorough in finding out what was the cause .

Mr. Cabal arrived on time (actually a little earlier than scheduled) and was very professional. He explained the process, described or educated me on some of the things he found or was looking for, and he would periodically ask if I had any questions for him. It was evident that he was not rushing through the inspection and was very thorough, and I received his report within the time frame promised. The report was very comprehensive and his findings, in this case, helped me to avoid a very costly home purchase. It turns out there was a big problem with the roof, which would not have been known/found without his inspection. He found evidence of previous termite damage, improper roof repairs, and leaks that were not evident inside the home just yet. I cannot stress the importance of getting a home inspection, especially from someone as qualified and professional as he, to ensure you avoid getting into a money pit when buying a new home.
