Appliance Repair
Carlos from CDY came out to my home to fix the refrigerator. he looked at it and said it can not de fixed so i will tell the warranty company so they can get you a new refrigerator. days went by and i did not hear from CDY(carlos) or the warranty company. i tried to text and left a few messages on for Carlos to call me back with an update. well he never called. so, I decided to call the warranty company. the agent at the company said that my case with the refrigerator was closed because it was fixed by CDY. I told her that the refrigerator was never fixed. While I was on the phone ,she tried to call the Carlos at CDY.. He never answered or called back. This guy Carlos is just full of Sh*t. just a Bull sh*ter. terrible service, and company. My ADVISE to anyone.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS!!!! PERIOD!!!!
