They were unreliable and did a terrible job! Sometimes they showed up and sometimes they didn?t. The people they sent to cut tile didn?t even have a proper tile cutter. They said they would send a crew and it would take a week. They sent two men and only one was a worker. It took them about 3 weeks. The floor they put down was uneven, but the ridge they put between the living room and hall cracked. They cracked my Corian counters. My brother told them not to move the supports, but they did anyway. They didn?t have a kick saw, they only had an angle grinder which they used for cutting the tile and wood. Since it wasn?t a saw, they just whacked off the wood trim around the doors. There is a big gap from the molding to the floor around every door now as well as the top of the molding between the wall and the molding. This was a catastrophe from start to finish. I didn?t know whether I was relieved or upset when they didn?t show up. When we contacted the owners regarding this terrible job, he came out, re-measured improperly and his reply was that he actually undercharged us. They run the worst company I have ever been subjected to.
