We've been working with them for 20 years or more. They come by every couple of months. They set an appointment, they come in, they do it and they leave.

The tech arrived within the appointment window, and I received a lot of good information from him.  I am quite satisfied.

Had heard about alternate methodos to eradicate termites and was seeing what all my options were.  Mentioned this to B.B. when they came out to give me a quote.  THough they did not preforme that type of service themselves, he recomended 2 places I could call that did.  After some more research I determined that tenting was the best way to go.  BB's price was very good and they had been proffesional, friendly, timley and attentive during the estimate (the man crawled under my house!).  Process was very smooth, scheduling was easy and I was waled through the proces step by step.  All my questions were answerd.  On the day of tenting the team showed up on time, though the person who was supposed to hel me with the final lugging of food and plants did not (but you cant review family on A.L.).  The crew was very kind, they insited on carrying everything to the car for me, and this is NOT in their scope of work.  Once the car was pack, one of the guys walked the house with me to make sure we had everything out.  He explained that cuboards and closets would be opened for flow (I had been told this previously) and asked if I wanted to be there while he preped the house. I felt comfortable leaving it in their hands. It was a 2-3 day process (can't remeber) but I was kept up to date throughout, from start of fumigation, removal of tenting, inspection, everything.  House was in great shape when I came back.  Termites and all other creepy crawlys have not returned.  About a month or so before my warranty renewed I though I saw signs of ternites, they came right back out, looked at everything very closely and determined there was no re-infestation (which would have been quite rare, anyways).  I was reassured with pictures and explanation of the bugs of S. Fl. and all my questions were answered.  Upon renewal they made sure to note that they had come out for a re-inspection so in case they were wrong and I did  I was covered.  So far so good.  I feel their warranty is a very fair deal and their responsiveness is great. Very satisfied.

Everything was perfect. My questions were answered promptly.

The crew came on a hot and rainy day, covered the hose carefully with the tenting material. They did an excellent job avoiding damage to any part of house, porches, plants, and gutters. They worked hard and fast, like a well oiled human machine. I was very impressed with the skill, speed, and attitude they displayed. The fumigation went as scheduled and the removal of the tenting was done before I returned. Every part of the process was done well. Cudos to Bug Busters!

Extremely happy with the service and the price

The first spot treatment was somewhat effective and the service was fine. They showed up on time and followed up with a courtesy call. Nothing to exciting about an exterminator visit ;-)
The full tenting of the house was actually really well done. They charged us an extra 10% because we had it tented over the weekend which made their pricing a bit higher than their competitor but still within our budget. They showed up promptly, advised us on how they needed the house prepared and left the house barely phased. Their technician did a final walk thru at the end of the procedure to make sure levels were ok to enter and their office followed up with us shortly thereafter.
The only reason I didn't give them excellent ratings across the board was their communication and their pricing. I had to call and confirm appointments several times and they are a bit higher than other quotes we received.
(The true test will be in several months to see if the bugs come back.)

The company was here on time, explained everything they were going to do and the timeframe.  It was all handled professionally and courteously.

Assessment of the terminate situation. We were told that we would have to replace the door ($700); replace cabinet with microwave $(500) and may have to remove wall. I wanted a second opinion and contacted Bug Buster's. After the evaluation, the door was treated from the inside and outside (hallway); by the way it's a condo apt. I am please to report that after 2 months there are no signs of terminates: inside or outside of the door.

They listened to my concerns & were professional,  pleasant & easy to work with.

Both times it went extremely well.  They came as scheduled and called ahead of time to confirm.  I have not seen another ant since they sprayed.  Great product and great service.  He was very attentive to ensure that we covered all of the areas and took the necessary time to do a thorough job.  Will definitely contact them at a later date to provide continued service.

Everything went smoothly from making the appointment to opening the house up afterward. The crew was careful not to trample on or destroy the plants close to the house, and they helped to move larger potted plants away from the tent perimeter. After a couple of months, vegetation around the house still  looks good. They were 2 hrs late getting here, but worked rapidly to get the house ready (before darkness hit).  Overall, we were finished within their time estimate and are happy with the job. We would definitely use Bug Busters again.

Bug Busters are terrific.  I spoke with Vickie (the owner) several times and she answered all my questions no matter how many times I called.  A representative from the company came to the house before the tenting to make sure all was going to go smoothly as we have chain link fencing.  The only thing they didn't do was hose down all the sand they left after removing the tent. My husband said they told him they would but rather than calling  and waiting for them to come,  (my husband loves to water),  he did it himself !  Bug Busters have their own employees who do the work, a rare commodity these days, which is one of the reasons why I chose them plus the reasonable pricing. (We obtained 3 quotes from companies to compare services and credentials).  Their work is guaranteed and the renewal cost is also very reasonable.  I have recommended them to a friend who expects to tent in about 6 months and she will use them.  We will be selling our home soon and if we  have any issues, I know I can count on Bug Busters.  Use them, you will be glad you did !

They showed up on time and sprayed a perimeter spray on the outside. It's been 3 months and I haven't seen not one ant. Price was fair, no contract. Friendly and professional. Note, they spray every 6 months to maintain the outside of the house. So it's $125 every six month, not bad considering they would spray again for free if I had problems before that time.

They sent a two man crew out. They told me that the other crews were out on other jobs. One of the crew said he hadn't done a fumigation job in 10 years. They also used the left over chemicals from other jobs. It took them a whole day to get the tarp up. The tarp they used was torn and over used. It had pieces of duct tape on parts of it. The next day when I was able to go back into the house there were still live bugs.  

I called to tell them about my issues. They assured me of a one year guarantee on the job. I told them I found live insects after the job was done. They told me to give it more time. About a week later I came back to the house one night and there was a large group of termites in the house. I called back this week to tell the company about the termites. They told me Friday was the first day they could have someone come out. I got in contact with the owner who assured me they would have someone out Friday to see what happened. They said someone would call me and come out, but no one ever did.

We weren't real happy. The responsiveness of the contractor wasn’t real good. It was not effective. Ultimately, we ended up solving the problem ourselves. We had been considering getting a company who would come in on a regular basis, but we still haven’t done that because we weren't happy with their work. The price was probably fair if the job had been done right. They didn’t return calls. They didn’t show up when they said they were going to. With regard to professionalism, they were fine when they were here. We would not use them again in the future.

I would not hire them again. The guy( Willie) was 2.5 hours late, couldn't follow basic instruction on how to get to my garage, could not move around well( he was older) and was hard to understand( maybe thats just for me)so I needed to help him pull out crawl space and I didn't know what he was trying to tell me. I would have said not to bother coming but the lady who answers the phone kept insisting he was 20 mins away until 2 hours had past. I was really angry and I felt like the lady was being flippant with me. We have a small apartment and Willie only stayed for 20 mins, I can't say whether he was thorough because this is my first time, but I was really disappointed and angry. I will call elsewhere for a follow-up.

My new tenants found "bugs" in their apartment. Anxious not to start off the Landlord/Tenant relationship badly I needed an exterminator on short notice. This company responded promptly and professionally and my tenants are very pleased.

They were very reasonable. When they were undoing the house, the representative from DuPont came to check on the work and noted they are one of the best companies around. They have been in business for a long time and with good reason. They aim to keep you as a customer. They even took the covering down in pouring rain. They also offer online invoicing which helps a lot.
