Budget Blinds previously installed verticals for 2 sliding glass doors and 3 windows several years ago. These have been the only blinds I've had that I never had any issues with despite lots hard use by kid and dogs, so I had them install for the remaining windows/slider. I originally ordered at the end of 2014 and it took about 4 weeks for the blinds to be installed. The install was super fast except for the sliding glass door vertical. The issue was  that the inside top of door had a slightly smaller measurement than the middle where the measurement was taken.  The remaining blind was installed about 2 weeks later. All of the blinds look & function great.  Based on how the original install has held up, I expect these verticals will last a long, long time. I'd definitely recommend this company. Great product, reasonably priced and friendly professional service.

It went good. We had a problem with them at one time but we decided to give them another shot and it went very well. They did it in a timely manner, they put up the vertical in the dining room and put up a shade in my room. They were very nice, budget blinds. They were very professional.

I was happy with the quality of the shades and they were very well installed. The only problem I had is that they either forgot to order one of the shades or the order was lost. At the agreed date they came and installed all the shades then realized they were missing one it took three more weeks for it to arrive.

Installation was on time and well done . Everything was just as I ordered .No problems or fuss. Just right .

I had gone to a home improvement show and saw his work. He came to my house and showed me all his samples. He measured everything. He told me how long it would take. It took a little longer than he thought but as soon as all the stuff came in the mail they put them in, in one day. They are absolutely beautiful.

Michael came for a consultation about all of the needs in our Miami Beach condo. He was polite, laid back, helpful, practical and gave great advice about blinds (including simple ways to save $$). He drew up a written quote on site, including potential limitations. We went with the proposed plan. His foresight proved excellent. On issues about which I wasn't so sure, his advice was always best, especially on some colors and the type of blinds in the master bedroom. Installation was scheduled within about 1 week with Pablo, the lead installer. That went great. They guaranteed the work for the life of the blinds they installed, and when one string/chain was out of line, Pablo came back and repaired it promptly on 2 separate occasions. The blind was borderline too heavy for the chain/assembly, but the issue was taken care of to my satisfaction. That resolved the issue completely--no charge for the follow up visits, as guaranteed.

It worked out that Mr. Sherman was not far from my office when I called Budget Blinds to see about an estimate. He was very professional, had all the samples and everything for me to be able to make the decision to move ahead. All of the openings were accurately measured and the paperwork for the order done in less than one hour. The estimate for the installation was 2 weeks - and was as promised. The work that I had done here in this office setting was very straightforward, but the experience was good enough that I will call them when I finally get around to replacing some blinds and window treatments at my house.

I was given an in house estimate by sales consultant James Bell for plantation shutters for my Florida room. The purchase was for three windows totaling ten shutters. In order to meet my color requirement I had to go with the real wood. It just so happened that the home show was that weekend and I was given free tickets to see their display at the show. I met with the owner there and he in turn came to my house, double checked the measurements, and took the order for the job. I also requested a faux blind for my bath. The blind was delivered and installed prior to the shutters. I felt this was a nice gesture, as they could have waited and done both at the same time making it easier for them. The shutters were installed in a timely manner; approximately six weeks after ordering. The two men doing the installation were very fast, curteous, and clean they did a professional job! I was kept informed from start to finish I was very satisfied and would gladly do business with them again!

They did a really nice job. I am very happy with their work. They are very punctual.
