Bought 2 wedding rings. Good quality. However I was told I had a 1 year warranty and when 1 of the diamonds fell out of the setting I had to pay to have it replaced. This facility is also about an hour from my home and I can never reach them by phone. I guess I have no warranty. Now I am waiting for them to mail it back to me. I have to pay for that also. Not happy.
