+ -1 moreFound Ernesto Brito on Craig's List and his credentials seemed okay. Hired him to change the "Load Line" of my "Above the Stove" Microwave Oven which was working fine. He tested it by turning on the microwave for 30 minutes with NOTHING IN IT. Guess What??? The Microwave Blew UP and Burned Out. His solution (offered to my wife who was there) " You don't have to pay me for the Line Work" Hmmmmm??? I offered him options to Replace and install a different microwave (a used one would be fine) and then we would pay him for the line work. Or he could have given us his Insurance Info (If he really has Insurance) and we would deal with them. Or get Attorneys involved. Even though he admitted to me in a text that we were right, he doesn't want to accept responsibility and do the right option above (#1) I should have listened to my 20 year old and NOT used Craig's List.
Description of Work: Ernesto was supposed to change the Load Line on my microwave because it kept blowing the fuse after 3 minutes of being on.
