Brightway Insurance

My husband had died so the house had been changed over to my name. They basically misled me into thinking I needed a new policy therefore all my discounts were revoked. They made me go through a new company and they suggested I hire this one inspector from ARC Associates who basically lied on the inspection saying my insurance was higher. He said my house was not secure in case of a hurricane and I know it was so I say the insurance company and the inspector were working together to drive my insurance rates up substantially. I told them to come back out to take new pictures and inspect my house again but they would not do it so I had to send my own pictures and have another inspector come out at my own expense. I will not use them again in the future.
