Description of Work: Brickell Honda fixed a problem that was covered under an extended warranty by Honda Motors. I had taken the car to another Honda dealer who claimed the problem was not the engine block and estimated my cost would be in the thousand of dollars to take the engine down for a full diagnostic. I am glad I got a second opinion.

+ -1 moreWe found this dealership during our internet searching for the vehicle we wanted. We purchased a preowned vehicle from them. The lot and office is on the smaller side, but we were happy with the service we received. The price for the car was very reasonable for the year and options the vehicle has. We were able to negotiate a little bit for our trade since the price for the car was under blue book value. The salesman called us a couple days later to see how we were enjoying the vehicle.

+ -1 moreSergei M., a service consultant, did a good job, but I was not happy with much else at Brickell Motors. I had been promised my car back on Friday, by the end of the day. I had to keep calling to check and was told I wouldn t have the car until Monday. I needed my car for the weekend and they said their courtesy van had broken down, so they were unable to get me there to pick up the car. They offered me a 10% discount and would you believe I received an ad in my mail that they were offering the general public a 15% discount. They also exaggerated about all of the repairs I supposedly needed. I showed the list to another mechanic who disagreed with most of what they had recommended. At least they were professional and courteous.
Description of Work: I took my 2001 Buick Century to Brickell Motors for problems with the window motor, as well as for general maintenance such as the oil change, and to check the brakes. I ended up needing a new window motor and they tried to get me to do other repairs as well, such as new brakes.

+ -1 moreWhen I was purchasing the car the salesman was a male pig. He was inattentive and he was speaking on two phones at once while we were dealing. He spoke only to my ex-husband and my ex-husband pointed it out to him that I was buying the car not him. I was not satisfied at all.
