Details given above. The sales people and finance persons that I dealt with were thieves and liars. The last person I spoke with was Erick Grenier, with Insurance Nation. He was excellent! He was professional, efficient and made that part of the sale good!

It went well. I bought my car there in 2000 and have always serviced my car there except for tires. They do know what they are doing but are very pricey. The last time I brought it in I explained to the service agent the noise the car was making and he told me the mechanic would look into it and he would call be back with all the details. Within the hour he called back with the information and the price. I had no choice so I had the work done. He did give me a small discount. When I went to pick-up my car the work was not doe yet and he even took me back to where they service the cars to explain everything to me again and so that I could speak to the mechanic. The car was fixed and I have not had anymore problems with it. Overall I'm satisfied, it's just the cost that gets to me.

They are very quick, I was in and out. They don't try to add on additional service or up-sell you. They will make suggestions on what you might need, but are not pushy when presenting the information.

The visit was smooth and effective. They performed pretty straight forward work on the vehicle.

I am very happy with them and their services. I bought the car from them and have been very happy each time I have used them. I think that they are very friendly, and I would definitely use them again in the future if I needed to.

I got a great deal. I would rather not disclose the price I paid, but it sure was a great price. The Honda dealership gave me good service. I really enjoy both of my cars. They were in such great condition.

Braman Honda got me the car I really wanted. Rene, from there was so very helpful. He made the purchase free of stress and did all of the title and paperwork for me. I do trust the people here and I believe I got a good car for the money. I'm very well pleased.

The sales department at Braman Honda is very good. The paperwork takes forever though. They are very busy here. I'm very happy with my car and I think I got a pretty good deal here. I liked my salesman and he was not pushy.

Not all that well. At first my service rep tried to discourage me from getting the recall check I'd been mailed. He answered my questions about the possibilites of a bike rack or cruise control by telling me that these things were simply not options for my car, the latter because stick shift cars can't have cruise, something I know to be not true. He was much nicer when I picked up the car. The biggest disappointment was retrieving my car. Scuff marks on my steering wheel, scratches on the hood, the protective cover on the seat removed, the interior wall knocked loose in the driver's area, decimation of my mileage, A/C cranked to the max, radio stations changed and blaring, a smell of fried food I don't eat and 5.2 unexplainable miles were puzzling to me. The service manager was attentive, investigated and reported to me ASAP. However, the scratches, scuff marks, smell, loose sidewall and horrendous mileage remain unexplained. Hope I never have to go back.

I have taken my car their since I bought it. Earl Smith is my representative each time. He does not try to push things on me that I do not need.
