For 70 years, Biscayne Air Conditioning, Inc. has provided quality commercial (and now residential) A/C and refrigeration service to local restaurants, supermarkets, schools, churches, warehouses, and office buildings. We have an established history working with the same clients for decades in many cases. Our average technicians experience is over 20 years with the company. This allows us to provide our customers with technicians possessing some of the best skill sets in the industry, and our service is second to none. We make it our goal to provide our customers with peace of mind by making sure your HVAC and parallel rack refrigeration equipment is running as efficiently and as effectively as possible with minimal downtime. We are a local company, headquartered in north Miami, in the same building since 1965. All calls for service, as well as our dispatch and after-hours call center, are handled locally in our corporate office. Our service areas include Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We sell, install and service all makes and models of air conditioners and specialized refrigeration, and all ancillary systems. We also specialize in EMS to include CPC/Emerson, Danfoss and Novar systems. We do the job right, the first time, and do our best to minimize and prevent callbacks. We also provide service to the State of Florida, servicing various entities including FDOT, MDX, and various other state-owned buildings and facilities.
