Description of Work: They replaced the cut off valve to my hot water heater. They used a technique that I've never seen before. All of the fittings and valve was installed using compression fittings that was installed using a machine and no soldering. It was very quick with no mess. I was impressed.

+ -1 moreChris came himself. He went under the sink and couldnt find anything. He ran the dishwasher then the water. He realized the faucet had not been sealed properly by a prior plumber. He sealed the faucet and repaired the leak. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of mold involved and now it has to be remediated and the kitchen torn out.
Description of Work: Found and fixed a leak in the sink. Not the first time I have used them. It is very difficult to find good service people in south Florida. It is a pleasure to work with Chris and his guys!!

Description of Work: Changed two shower stems and used the snake to unclog the tub. Price $561.- My fault I should have asked how much he was going to charge...but I had an estimate from him for another job and it was very fair...this was a job he did in a rental property...the new tenant was also alarmed by the cost of the repair. He was on the phone a lot so I don't know if I was charged by time...or by the job... but either way it was very expensive.

+ -1 moreThey have been very nice. They come, they do and they are fine. I called earlier today and he said he could come tomorrow morning. He called a couple of hours later and said he had a cancellation and he could come today, which was good. He seems to be perfectly fine.
