Overall Robert was super professional, polite, and prompt with calling me as well as on time for our scheduled appointment. He quoted me for two hours for the project and he was right on! Within two hours he and the 5 guys had not only completed the work but also cleaned everything up.

This is a follow-up to what I wrote for same co. different name.  Includes stump grinding in name.







I have never written a review of this sort but then I have never had a private company that was working for a neighbor take over my property without asking. My review under their other entry doesn't explain that the times when I popped out trying to get my drive cleared, I either met with evasiveness or crew who spoke only a few words of English and treated my property as theirs: no clue why I would want to use my private drive or public road.  I assume because I continued a polite stance, finally of pointing, that they were fine ignoring.







Sad part was I had a vet specialist trying to squeeze my dog in before the weekend.  Dog had to wait additional four days for an exam and needed meds.  Vet had emergency that Fri  and by 5:30 window had closed after I had been waiting since before 3pm and had to wait until about 6pm. Even then the clueless crew was trying to get my biz!







I spent about an hour cleaning river rock out of beds (from their blower), trimming out dead juniper (killed by direct exhaust for hours), cleaning out what they cut that fell on my property.

this is years later and I was going over my account...  I was completely sure of name because of irony:  my big dog was sick and they behaved poorly.  Angie's List contacted me and based on my photos they kept this review up.  No, they never worked for me but took my property over as theirs while working next door.  I have zero affiliation. I have their trucks on camera and that they completely filled my drive with debris and that I could no get my car out.  I am not a basher.   

The team of 3 men arrived on time with professional equipment. The men were very polite, respectful, worked diligently & friendly, & accommodating. they did great job & clean up too. The price was average.

They're impeccable.  They're fast, clean, and their service was really good.  What they quoted, they charged.

They were great.  They did it in a half hour; I have never seen something like this done so quickly.  They were fast, they were good, and they did everything.  They were on time, they got to work, and they were out within 45 minutes.  It was the best $750 I’ve spent.

IT WAS QUICK, AND THEY WERE NEAT AND COURTEOUS.

Two days later his crew showed up at 9 on the dot and worked tirelessly through the day clearing the back fence row and trimming all the trees. They went well beyond the call of duty and left me with a clean yard, and much healthier looking trees. Excellent work! They earned every cent.

The first time I called and left a message and got a call back within 24 hours.  Robert came out and gave me an estimate and when I was ready we scheduled the service.  They were very professional.  They were originally scheduled to come a different day but their truck broke down and they called the night before to schedule for another day.  I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

This guys were amazing. Their prices are reasonable.

Showed up before promised time and were done before I knew it. They were fast, effective and punctual.

I phoned Big Dawg's to request an estimate. An estimator came out the same day and gave me a quote. I deferred making a decision at that time. The next morning, I received a phone call informing me that the company had had a cancellation and could do the job that same day. In addition, the representative lowered the price for the job. I told them to come on over. The crew of four arrived shortly thereafter and proceeded to trim the trees and remove the stump in an efficient, professional manner. The workers were courteous and friendly. All debris was removed and the premises were left looking better than before. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I will most certainly use its services in the future.

Everything went very smoothly from the initial contact, obtaining a bid, and completing the work. The company did exactly what they said they would when they said they would.

They were extremely professional and Robert was fantastic. He even had all of his licensing and insurance papers with him. He is bilingual and very nice. I was impressed by them.
