This has been a horrible experience. We hired Bruce to remodel our bathroom, then asked him to do other jobs for us. There is an issue with everything he touched in our home. The bathroom he started in August 2014 is still not finished - 16 months later. Other projects that were started but never finished include: interior door, front door, garage door, outdoor plumbing fixture.
I have never been more disappointed with work done in my home or the level of professionalism displayed by Bruce. They don't show up when appointments are made, show up without making appointments and caused damage the last four times they come to my home. Bruce did not take responsibility for the damage caused.
Last time Bruce was at my home he accused me of causing the damage to the bathroom door that was installed backwards and he caused even more damage by adding additional screws to the frame which did not fix the problem.
To date, none of the projects were finished nor the damage repaired. Buyer BEWARE!
"I'm sorry you feel this way. I spoke with my employee and he does not know anything about missed appointments. You purchased 6 hr of contracting service. I was at your home personally for over an hour when you asked if I could drive down the road to a local store and pick-up a marble table for you. I complied. My employee was at your home for over 4 hrs working on various items for you. We actually made purchases for you that were never reimbursed. Regards,"
"Thank you for your kind words. We look forward to working with you. We finally started the process."
"Thank you"
"We loved working with you and your husband. Thank you for the kind words. Best to you and Mr."

"Thank you. It was our pleasure, call us when you are ready for more work."
Design = Bad!
No recommendation in terms of materials, colors or anything. Never followed up and also never asked what we had in mind.
Pure Crap!
"Sorry but I totally disagree with your review. First of all, you did not remember our appointment for which I was early by 5 minutes. Second of all, you could not be on the phone with me so you had your wife speak with me while I was at your home. She and I did discuss the wants and desires but I guess you were not made aware of this. You were sent a design and the recommendation to change from your current tile material to something more durable. You never responded to my email but only posted this review in response. All of the supporting documentation was sent to you through the Angie's List website. Regards."
"Thank you for your review we look forward to continuing our working relationship with you on your upcoming projects"
"It was a pleasure working with you. We will see you for the next project. Thank you!"
"Hi, We would love to work with you when you decide to move forward. Thanks."
"I must say I am very disappointed that you feel this way. I would like to clarify a few facts… I attempted to contact YOU the very next business day. I did in fact send you a design and additional info for your job. You purchased this offer on 4/8/2014 and I responded to your initial purchase message on 4/8/2014. I called you on 4/9/2014 because you did not leave a desired date for the appointment and stated only to call you to schedule. I sent you a message through Angie’s list again on 4/10/2014 because I had not gotten a response from you. We met on 4/17/2014. I sent you a message through Angie’s list the night of 4/17/2014 to ask for your email address, you responded that night. I admit that the design was not completed and sent to you until 5/15/2014 10:29pm. I sent you the design, pictures of the shower head you were interested in and some cabinet photos. Sent: Thursday, May 15, 2014 10:29 PM Subject: bath Hi, Hope all is well. Sorry for the delay. My computer program does not have floating cabinets so I included a picture for you. The make-up area for Mrs. **** will need to be custom made. Take a look and let me know what you think. Date:05/19/2014 9:56 AM (GMT-05:00) Subject: RE: bath No problem, I expected some type of design and a budgetary price for the price I paid. Is this it? Sent: Monday, May 19, 2014 10:05 AM Subject: RE: bath No, it's a start to make sure we are headed in the right direction. Thu 5/22/2014 3:40 PM Bruce, I discussed with the wife the design and it looks good. Can you please provide us with a better drawing and scope so we can evaluate further. Thanks I admit that the design was not timely but for you to state that it took several phone calls and that you did not receive a design is completely incorrect. We sent your design to an interior designer for final design and you had requested us to source all the products for your job. This takes time and resources to obtain but we were putting all of this together when you submitted your review prior to questioning the status of your final design."
"It was very nice working with you."
