Called and paid for a flower delivery to my mom the day of the delivery- Valentine's day- Best Flowers called and told me that they couldn't deliver. I had paid for the flowers the day prior and they agreed. They said they didn't know how far the delivery would be and therefore would not do it. On Valentine's! What crummy service!
