+ -1 moreWe purchased a foreclosed property built in 1950 that needed kitchen work. We did not know what we wanted and reached out to Belkasa for help. Karim the owner visited us immediately, took measurements and pictures and had several proposals the very next day. We contacted several of his referrals and decided to hire them soon after. Karim and his team began working right away, always dedicated to treating our home as his, very attentive to details and quality despite our lack of time for constant supervision. During the time the work was taking place we were not living in the house but were very anxious to move in. With this in mind Karim worked long hours and weekends to complete the job as fast as possible. At the end Belkasa left us with a beautiful kitchen, floors, bathrooms - so much more that I would have dreamed!
Description of Work: We hired Karim of Belkasa to renovate the kitchen in our newly-purchased home. The work was extensive: the cabinets, countertops, and original appliances were all gutted. Karim offered us several different design options for the new kitchen, each with its own detailed budget. Once a plan was chosen the work was executed very quickly and was of excellent quality. In addition to the kitchen, which turned out beautifully, Karim also saw to several other minor projects including sanding and staining our floors, roofing work, and minor repairs to both bathrooms. He was on site every day, gave great attention to detail, and patiently walked us through every phase of the operation, as we are first-time home owners. Karim was always personable and professional, and, perhaps most importantly, one gets the sense that he is one of those lucky people who genuinely loves what he does.
