Our complete Condominium Remodel was done by BConstructed. The project required changes to the floor plan, as well as managing removal of asbestos and a complete demolition followed by refinishing the ceiling, changing and refinishing flooring, , installation of doors, custom cabinetry and countertops, new tiling, new lighting, plumbing changes, adding and moving electrical components, installation of plumbing fixtures, overseeing appliance installation, full painting , ETC, for a Living Room, Dining Room, Office/Guest Room, Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, 2-1/2 Bathrooms, Laundry, Closets and Hallways! The work was impeccable, and the results were beautiful! All this was accomplished during the Covid isolation period, when we could not be physically present, as well as dealing with the complications of us (the owners) living in a different city than the property being remodeled. Brandon held frequent remote â meetingsâ with us, and was excellent in communicating about all aspects and decisions regarding the work, as well as listening to our requests. It was a pleasure to work with BConstructed, and we would have no reservations about using them again.

Incredibly pleasant experience with Brandon remodeling my entire home. Not only was he always on time, but he would put in the extra effort and go above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with everything. He has an incredible eye for detail, and suggested lots of different ideas that I did not know about that made all the difference to the house. Not only was the quality of work impeccable, but they managed to finish the project way faster than anticipated.
