The person on the phone ( Sandra ) understood what I needed and found that BatteryBob had the parts in stock for immediate delivery. Since I needed the batteries right away and I live in Miami - they were able to sell them to me right from their warehouse with no shipping costs.
They even honored the 10% Angie's List discount.
They couldn't possibly been more helpful to me - even offering to carry the heavy batteries to my car. And the price was better other dealers.
It turns out that they answer their phones seven days a week and claim to ship seven days a week as well. I believe it.
This visit, I only bought batteries for my Computer UPS but I see that they also have batteries for my camcorder and cell phone. I'm going to look into buying some rechargeables for my flashlights and tools.
