Fran and her team did an excellent job running the Estate Sale for my late Mother's home (Mom lived 50+ years in the house). We were quite overwhelmed with the sheer volume of items, but Fran eased all of our worries and exceeded our expectations. Her team swooped in and priced and organized the event in record time. I really liked and appreciated Fran's low-key, calm, can-do demeanor. She is also very fair. She knew the value of items, and had access to the buyers who could appreciate what my mother had collected over the decades. Further, her team was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Baron Estate Sales, spearheaded by Fran, delivered on all that was promised, and for that we are very grateful. We were very satisfied with the results, and would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Outstanding! Fran takes charge and has everything under control. I didn't have to do anything. I did my due diligence beforehand and her appraiser was "spot on". Her staff is amazing. They staged the house, spruced up where needed and treated every item as if it were their own. I felt very comfortable not being there during the sale. If there was a question, I was only a phone call away. Fran handled the donation of the few things that were left and had the house cleaned at my request. Stress free for me!
