They are professional and nice.

We use them constantly. They do lots of work for us. If we don’t go to the dealership we go to them for everything else from oil changes to tires. Professionalism, honesty, integrity and they are amazing.

They are the only people that I will take my vehicles to. I've had a number of things done to my vehicles like air conditioning repair. They have done all sorts of stuff for me like any auto repair, oil change, and loops. They are not the cheapest guy in town and they're not the most expensive but they do quality work. If there's ever any question they stand behind their work. All the people that work there are excellent mechanics.

I have been bringing my cars to Banner Tire for a few years now. It is difficult finding a good honest mechanic. I am pretty handy when it comes to doing work on my cars but as cars get more complicated and time limited I have to rely or service centers. I have been on some who misdiagnose the problem and you end up paying for additional work that you did not need. It is very frustrating. Banner tire is always very thorough and unlike other shops that try to scare you in to doing repairs, that you may not need, they work with you and do just what is needed and in some cases may try to find a cheaper alternative. Been working with Tom for a while. He is very thorough and professional. Calls you back all the time and is straight with you. We have 12 year automobiles that we still have running on the road like new with over 150k miles. Their work is guaranteed nation wide which is another thing I like about them.
I would definitely recommend them. Some places are cheaper but the quality of work done sometimes is more expensive, causing frustration and possible safety concerns. I prefer to be sure that my family and I are not going to be stranded somewhere.

I dropped my car off at noon and picked it up at 3 pm. The service writers are knowledgeable and courteous. Our family has used Banner Tire since the '60's. . It is a family owned business and today the two sons and daughter of the primary owner run and operate the business with competent and trust worthy mechanics..

The service is consistently good and they are straight forward and honest folks. They are very good.

They were a bit pricey, but came highly recommended. They did everything they said they would do and didn't find more to do before giving the car back to me. They used new parts, not re-built. They gave me a good recommendation for further work, but did not insist on it being done then. (that's actually good, as they weren't pushy). I will use them again.

Customer service was very friendly and easy to work with.
