 + 3 moreIf you are found guilty of taking 130000 shares of CUSIP 39276P109 Ticker GCGR, Green Capital Group, Inc., and or 13696 shares of CUSIP 428048102 ticker HZOG Herzog International by me you will be forcefully pursued in this life & in the afterlife & I will personally chew & eat in your thoughts & minds giving you desires of committing suicide with out being able to kill yourselves. Give me what is mine or what was agreed to verbally & in writing or else you will regret having have been born!
Description of Work: BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATION & MERRILL LYNCH are in morbid debt since 8/01/05 audited by National Financial Services LLC a [*** Link removed ***] company. They owe me over 130000 of CUSIP 39276P109 Ticker GCGR & over 13696 of CUSIP 428048102 Ticker HZOG & I better get those shares back or they all will regret ever having been born! BAC Stock plummeted from $50.00 to $2.53 because of my one page response to them & I recorded it on October 17, 2007 at 1034 AM at [*** Link removed ***] BOOK 25923 PAGE 0922

 + -1 moreThe people that I dealt with were very friendly and tried to make everything work as best they could. But systematically, it's not very efficient. The underwriters were looking for redundant information. It was obvious that one group wasn't talking to the other group. So I would get multiple requests or conflicting requests. But the people at the front were great. Other than that, they were pretty good. I would tell people to make sure they have plenty of time because there will be a lot of surprises and 11th hour requests. The day before the closing they requested additional information.
Description of Work: They're my mortgage company.
