They came (2 persons of whom the owner) after having taken my CC number over the phone and charged for one hour something around $270. They did not seem to perfectly know what they were doing, but finally the outlets were working.
But a couple of days later, again the same problem: the outlets did not work. So I called them and they came the next morning, what was good. They checked and finally they found that their first repair was poorly done. They performed a better job and left.
The problem is that they charged me AGAIN (without telling me) for a new $270 for the second time, whereas they had to come back only because their job has been so poor in the first place.
When I realized I sent numerous emails and phone calls to the the owner Brian Marshall but to no avail.
Don't hire these guys, they are incompetent and dishonest.
been dealing with contractors for decades.
