Baker's Rug Service

They did a beautiful job. Their service is wonderful and the two technicians that came out were great. They were able to do all of the work within a week. I would highly recommend to anyone.

So far he has not brought the rugs back, I expect them back this week. He picked them up on time and within twenty minutes the rugs were out. He called me later that afternoon and gave me the evaluation.

I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Once again the original colors have returned and the rug looks more vibrant. Dealing with Bob, the owner, was a pleasure; he gave us a timetable - 7-10 days to complete the service, and returned it within those guidelines. We had pickup and drop off window times, and, once again, the were comfortably within them. This is a fair and honest company, I highly recommend them.

The service surpassed my expectations.  The owner arrived on time -- when does that happen in Miami?!  He gave me the quote and options; removed the rug; and returned it all as promised.  The quality of the cleaning is EXCELLENT.

It has been at least two years since my rugs were cleaned and I will be having the rugs picked up soon.  But, even the interior design firm I used to work for recommended Baker's services.  They know the different types of rugs and will spot check before taking the rug out of the house and what the probabilities are of stain removal and will confirm that after the initial inspection they should go ahead and remove the rug for hand washing. Easy to do business with and they do good work.

Baker's completely explained their service to me on the phone and told me also about their rug repair abilities, too.  They arrived punctually.  The larger furniture was moved by them and the rugs measured.  I was given a receipt and an anticipated date of delivery return.  An already rolled up rug was part of our order and it went for cleaning, too.
The same punctuality was adhered to upon return of the carpets.  They carefully repositioned the rug, pointed out certain areas to me (fringe that will eventually need to be replaced) and put the furniture back in place, being exact as to placement.  (This is far different than the previous company that not only wanted to charge big bucks to do this, but didn't care about exact placement.)
The rug had that beautiful luster it had when purchased decades ago.  The pet stains were gone and there was no odor at all.
The second rug was delivered to our son's condo several miles away.  The same delivery fee applied to his rug.  Since he just moved, they weren't able to unroll and place his rug.  I was told that the rug was washed and rinsed repeatedly to get years of dirt out of it (from another family member's home and it hadn't been cleaned in years).  They told me that it looks and feels lovely again, but that the dark streak in one small area couldn't be fully removed.  I felt the rug and agreed it does feel better.
 I appreciate Baker's honesty, thorough explanations of the process, punctuality, and professionalism.  This is a company that deserves the highest praise and your business.

I sent them a picture of the make and problem area on the rug. He recommended that I not wash it due to the quality and make of the rug. He was very honest and professional.

The cleaning was spectacularly successful, they got out stains no one else was able to get out, the quality of the customer service was wonderful.

Bakers contacted me right away after purchasing the Angie's certificate.. They picked up my rug and called the next day to give me an update on the condition of the rug. They deep cleaned the rug, brought it back and put it under the dining room table. The color is brighter and lighter. They did a good job. They were professional and kept me updated every step of the way.

It was an excellent experience. They are great people. Their pick-up and delivery charge is very reasonable. It's worth it to have them do it.

Very efficient and prompt. Helped me get the rug out of my car, and when I came to pick up the rug, they also put the rug back into the car. The rug was done when they said it would be.

1) Very professional interaction(s) at each turn. They are experienced in oriental cleaning and did a good job. Were very punctual in time of pick up and rug return. While not the cheapest, I feel it was a reasonable value based on the quality of the job and reliability of their service. 2) Ultimately prompt, although there were initial difficulties in confirming appointment times. Good quality work: was complete, left no stains, and was neat - did not make a mess in areas that the hose had to pass to get to the bedroom. Reasonable price.

THIS IS A STAIN SPECIALISTS COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS COME ON THE SCHEDULED TIME AND DATE OF THE APPOINTMENT. THE WORKERS REMOVED ALL THE SPOTS AND DIRT OUT OF THE CARPET. MY CARPET SMELLS FRESH AND LOOKS CLEAN.

THEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY BUT THEY DID NOT MOVE THE FURNITURE. ONE MAN CAME AND DID ALL THE WORK FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY POLITE TO ME. I HAVE USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS.
