This painting company is a small, local operation run by Hector Garcia and a few of his helpers. They did an OK job on the house, but my warning to others is based on the improper and faulty job on the driveway & walkway, lying to me, and absence of integrity and intent to repair the faulty job. I knew the patterned concrete driveway & walkway may require xylene-based paint, so I specifically asked Hector to test for xylene. He told me he performed the test and the result was negative for xylene, so he will use standard latex-based paint. Just a few weeks later, a few areas started peeling, so I asked him to come back and take a look. First couple of times, he said, "I'll be there tomorrow," but never showed up, and he stopped taking my calls there after. I let a few months pass by and caught him on the phone again. Same game - "I'll be there tomorrow," and then never shows up. Do not use them!
