"Unfortunately, in this case the manufacturer did exceed the delivery time due to various reasons. The crack was not a stress crack. The glass was hit with an aparant rock from the garden while cutting the grass. And lastly, the permit issues took longer because they day the inspection was originally called for. The house was being remodeled illigealy. Therefore, the inspection was called off. Unfortunately, favors turn in to compromises!!"
