replacement windows
 + -1 moreWorst Experience!!! When i first hired them, I was told the windows would take approximately 3-4 months to be installed. This quickly turned into 10 months. I kept following up with them, and they would either not respond or tell me that they were waiting on the factory. Finally after having the windows installed, one of the windows cracked (stress crack). This was supposed to have been covered by the wanted (as per the person who installed the replacement glass), but somehow i was stuck with an additional $300 bill. Then, due to a contractor mistake, we did not pass the initial county inspection. which then took over 6 months to correct. We then had permitting issues with the county which resulted in a $500 fine, which the contractor would not cover although they were the negligent party. I'll never use or recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We have ordered hurricane windows and doors with Avila - we are waiting for the product to be delivered - we are hoping for an install date in March 2016. So far we have been happy with all the service - they took us to the window manufacturing plant, measured our windows and have spent time with us to select the right windows & doors for our home.
