The business was completely unresponsive and rude when I called to complain. I had taken a photo of the flowers that I offered to show them when the owner said that there was an orchid and other flowers that clearly were not included! I would never use this florist. There are many other options in the area.

I did not see what the difference was that I didn't come back on Monday. he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I told Rick he could credit my card.
