The alarm I wanted was difficult to find, but Pete kept looking for it and found one after three days. On the day of installation, I arrived a little before the store actually opened and they began working on the installation right away. They estimated an hour and a half, but it ended up being longer due to the age and model of the car. They had to make some adjustments, but despite the additional work and time, I was not charged any additional amount. They were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions.
