The experience was excellent from beginning to end. Bob treats you as if you are the only customer in the world. He is patient, answers all questions patiently and honestly. They were flexible when some of our remodeling had to push back the date of installation. We bought a big, expensive door and were thankful to have gone with a company that was supportive and available throughout the process.

I have done business with this company since the late 1980s.
The owners run the business and everyone I have had contact with has been very competent and helpful.
I called late in the afternoon with this problem and the work was completed the next morning.
Highly recommend this company.

This company is great. We have been using them since 2006. When I called for service this time, the owner made numerous suggestions for things for me to do to see if I could fix the door without needing a service call. I thought that was great...most companies want to have to send someone out so they can charge you money.
They had someone out to my house within an hour!

The personal service at Automated Home Service is just seen anymore. Professional and competent.

The owner of the company came to my house and gave me a proposal for a new impact rated and insulated garage door. I was very impressed that he understood the issues I was concerned about and proposed ways to deal with them. Also, he did not try to sell me a new garage door opener, but suggested we could use the one we already had. Once I signed the contract, they applied for a permit from the City of Miami Beach. The building department here is notorious for being very difficult about granting permits. They keep asking for more information or rejecting applications for the simplest home improvements. The city actually asked this company to replace the black and white photos in the application with color photos! The permit was finally granted and Automated ordered the door. When it was ready, they scheduled the installation. Amazingly, they installed the door in one day. That included moving TONS of stuff I have stored in my garage (out of the way and then back into place). The installation was not an easy one because of the limited space for the door when it opens. The new garage door operates beautifully, and hopefully it will keep the garage cool and safe from storms this summer.

I was able to speak to someone at 7 AM - we got men out within 30-45 minutes to get the door upon. They fixed the door a few hours later.

THEY DID A NICE JOB, IT WAS RIGHT AFTER HURRICANE WILMA, BUT THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AFTER I CALLED. AT THAT TIME IT WAS HARD TO GET COMPANIES TO DO THINGS SINCE THEY WERE BUSY DUE TO THE HURRICANE.
