I had a property in Melbourne, FL, and they offered me service which I declined. They connected me anyway, and sent me bills for the service I never asked for to an address at which I did not reside. We never even knew we were being billed until they sent collectors for those bills that were sent. I’ve been dealing with this issue for 3 years.

There is no responsible person to whom to present the problem. I have met with 20 techs on the net, each of whom asks me to go through the same steps. Some change is apparently made in an outdoor tel line and service is restored from 72 hours to as little as 5 minutes. Interruption this weekend caused me to lose a $10,000 timber contract. Techs who have been in the house have observed the problem and have left me without an answer. I cannot risk downloading long loads because they are often lost. I need a responsible person. If there were an alternate system I would be on it immediately.
