Overall the experince was postive. From when the quote was recieved to the installation took about 2 months. Our townhome has a challenging structure which delayed the process. The couple who installed the shutters were good and very good about cleaning up their work.

The supervisor, Bill, actually gave me the estimate as he was in the area. Because it was not the usual salesman, I was not charged the commission normally given and saved myself a few hundred dollars. The actual installers were a husband and wife team from Broward. They removed the old shutters and disposed of them, installed the new shutters in a period of three days. It was a pleasure because they worked quietly and cleaned up after themselves each day. The installation was excellent.

I live upstairs so my job was a little more difficult and they handled it just fine. They were great about working late. My neighbor in the next condo would not allow them access to the balcony and it made the job more difficult but they got the work done in one day. The shutters look great and I am very satisfied.

Job 1: Arrived on time for apt to provide info and est. Price was competitive. All of the work was done a wk earlier than promised. Once they started, they didn't leave until the work was done. All work was done properly, no problem w/ inspections and they cleaned up afterwards. Thru 4 hurricanes, the shutters have worked perfectly. I like the accordion style best; they are easier for me to operate than the roll-up, but both work as they are supposed to work. I have referred them to all my friends. No problems. Job 2: Representative was prompt for first appointment. Very thorough in gathering info. They actually came two weeks early for the first installation. They were exactly on time for the second. All work was done properly in a professional manner; job was kept clean and orderly. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. All shutters worked as expected. I have referred them to friends, and those whose work is completed are very happy w/ the results.
