These guys are the real deal! My mom told me how good the ly did the impact windows for a friend of hers so when I was looking to install a new exterior door I gave them a try. Wouldn't you know the Corna Virus pandemic was in full affect and I was worried about letting anyone in the house. Everyone that came representing them had a mask, they worked so clean, and handled the inspection process. This team is top notch. As soon as I get my relief check I am doing the rest of my house with them! I would recommend them to everyone! One time, done right and clean at affordable prices. Nobody compares to this team.

ASP and its subcontractors demolished an entire corner of our open floor plan living area to install two sets of triple impact sliding glass doors. This has brought the leafy outdoor and pool background into plain view. In the cooler months, we can open up both sides and enjoy outdoor-indoor living. This was a big job. A complicated job. It may have been more complicated than ASP thought. As such, there were required structural add-ons that were not calculated as part of the original estimate and that I had to pay extra for. Actually, to ASP's credit, they split the cost of the add-ons with me. But the complexity of the job also brought on delays in drafting and design, and in filing for permits. The delays became unreasonably long - and I'm a very reasonable guy (look at the rating I'm giving them!). The entire project, from the salesperson's visit to completion, took 14 months!! So why am I still giving them 4 of 5? Because the end result is working seamlessly and we are very satisfied with the added beauty to our home. More importantly, once I raised my concerns to the owner of the company (8 months in), things finally started to move and I got white-glove treatment. The office staff that reports to the owner were kind and understanding. They were frequently in touch to make sure we were informed of the progress and that we were wholly satisfied with the work. My recommendation to potential customers is that you make sure ASP is truthful in all of their communications with you from day 1. Don't let them fall into the typical South Florida general contractor M.O. of giving customers the runaround. If ASP can pledge to call a spade a spade and communicate frequently, you can trust that they'll do a good job. In summary, waiting 14 months for the work to be finished was excruciating. But ASP delivered a beautiful job that enhances the enjoyment of our home and adds significant value. And their office staff was amazing.

ASP Windows and Doors - five stars! The whole team is great. Peter, especially, raised the bar. His presentation from the beginning and communication throughout, was phenomenal. I would highly recommend hiring this company if one is looking for installation on impact windows and doors. I believe ASP makes it a priority to ensure customer satisfaction. A+ for sure! Pricing was in line with the other quotes I obtained and the quality of the product is superb. Both Peter and Jesus came to the table with ideas and recommendations for our windows and doors, which was much appreciated as their insight helped my husband and I make choices that we may not have made otherwise. As a result, our new windows and doors have not only made our home more secure and safer from dangerous hurricanes, but also has given it the curb appeal it was missing. Thank you!!

The process and experience of having ASP order and install all the windows and doors for my home was as smooth as I could have hoped for. The representative (Daniel), the installation teams (Frank and Randy), and the back office staff were very professional, hard working, and considerate. I would recommend them most highly and would hire them again in the future.

After multiple quotes and tons of headaches I found ASP. We were in need of a new door and figured hurricane impact was the way to go... At the trade show I was able to feel the difference in the products between competitors. I fully understand the quality vs price. This company was amazing. They gave me a quote, kept me informed every step of the way, dealt with handling the association approval. Came prepared with their insurance, permits and everything needed. Extremely nice people!!! We were anxious due to the new baby on the way, they made sure to install everything before the baby came and were extremely respectful of our situation. I couldn't have asked for a better company! They were ahead of schedule with the installation and always prompt ( which is rare in miami)... the installers were AMAZING!!! They did everything fast, make it look clean and took their time to make sure it was done right! It was such a great experience that we decided to move forward with all of our windows, they will all be converted to hurricane impact. I'm the type of person that finds someone who does great work and sticks with them. I won't allow anyone other than ASP to touch our home! Thank you guys for everything! WE WERE EXTREMELY LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND ASP!

We are very happy we selected ASP windows and doors. Starting with the office staff: (Natalie, Margarita, and Adriana) were very professional in walking me through the contract and financial documents. Yoeluis’ work Team was amazingly fantastic and eager to please us in every way. They were very careful about not damaging anything as well as cleaning up after. I have recommended a friend from work in which she already has an appointment and to my neighbor that was interested in your company & I gave him your card. ASP did an absolutely amazing job on my recent service call, they far exceeded my expectations! In today's world where everyone seems to be doing the bare minimum I was so pleasantly surprised at the level of dedication and attention to detail that I received. The technician not only made the repairs that I had reported but checked every window and showed me some issues I was not aware of, and proceeded to fix them as well. Very good experience overall. Price was reasonable compared to other companies. It takes several months to get the doors after they place the order, but they said that upfront. I highly recommend.

Sales and selection process were excellent. Installation was neat and efficient. The installers were highly detail oriented. Finished product looks great. They only issue was it took FOREVER to get the job done. My entry doors and slider were custom but not odd size, the other doors were stock. Contract was signed in early January and installation wasn't until September. So plan ahead. I suppose this was the door manufacturer's fault, but 9 months seems extreme. Permitting was not the hold up. Even my roof was faster than that. (I could have had it installed in late August but we were away, but I'm only talking like 2 weeks difference.)

I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so in this case as my experience with ASP has been nothing but amazing. Everything about the company was extremely impressive beginning with my initial call to them, the Sales process (Michael Marrero), and the installation process. The folks at ASP are extremely professional and are skilled in the art of customer service. Everything was legit, the quality of the products are amazing, and the installers (Pedro and Nicholas) did an amazing job. When they were done, it was almost like they were not even here. We had 19 openings done and we now marvel at how great our home looks. We can honestly say that this upgrade to our home was worth every single penny. Thank you ASP for an amazing experience, you have earned a customer for life!!!

We choose ASP impact windows and sliding doors over other vendors because their product (SIW) had thicker aluminum and glass than other less expensive products. They were able to make one 'eyebrow' window in one piece due to glass thickness that other vendors would have had to do in two pieces due to size. We just felt that overall ASP's SIW windows offered a little more safety. Our city inspector must have thought the same thing because he commented several times about how strong they were and event wrote down what they were for his own personal needs. I assume he has seen a lot of windows to inspect, so that gave me even more confidence that we made the right decision. We also had hurricane fabric installed for a covered section of our patio to replace an accordion that was being removed for storage outside of patio furniture, gas grill and plants during a storm. The hurricane fabric is so strong and convenient, it folds up and is stored in a bag, sitting in our closet. Chris our ASP sales person was great at explaining and patient while we did our due diligence. It did take a while for manufacturing, but definitely worth the wait. The installers were professional, keeping the areas as clean as possible, We are very happy with our new impact windows and sliding doors. Our house looks great with the new windows (and accordions removed). Would highly recommend.

OK, so I have only had the windows for 3 days. Cannot review the product since I have just started using it and enjoying it. Another review on the product will follow. I will review all other aspects though. Sales Experience: My sales person was Michael M. Came to the house, measured and provided me a quote, I did not want a whole sales speech on why/what/and how of impact glass windows. I had done my research. He provided me the quote right away via e-mail ( who still uses pen and paper) and after couple of days we had reached a verbal agreement and a contract was signed at their Doral facility. Why ASP Windows: Granted, I had several other estimates and I was being very specific about what I wanted.Their price, their attention to detail ( I had spoken with another customer of theirs), the no pressure sales tactic and the availability of the product I wanted were the major selling points for me. Showroom Visit: I kept on bugging salesman to look at samples and such, visited their showroom twice to scope out the product. Very clean facilities and very friendly people always willing to help. Wait time for Installation: I was told XXX weeks ( not divulging information, not to offend other customers) and i received a call in less than XXX weeks stating my windows were ready for install. Due to scheduling conflict, i had to push installation and missed having them installed before Dorian, so I had to shutter up. Tuesday after Dorian, installation began. Window Installation Crew: Crew of three guys. It was obvious this was not their first time around the rodeo. They had almost all windows done before the day. They left the big patio door for the following day, as it was obvious it was going to take longer. Door Installation Crew: 1 guy. This dude knows his way around a door. Had both doors installed before end of day, even after having to wrestle iron gate from a concrete wall. That was the hardest part of it. Post Install Work Crew: 1 guy came over the day of the inspection in order to caulk the windows after inspection had been done. For some reason, certain cities require the caulking to be done after the inspection in order to allow inspector to see the anchors, shims, wood etc. The guy who did the caulking....a master at his craft. I could not have done a better job than that. Just like they advertise, the crew took their time covering my furniture and helping me move stuff around. They helped me take the window treatments off. Yes, there will be dust around after the install even though they were very meticulous about cleaning, but what can you expect; very fine dust cannot be removed with a broom and a vacuum cleaner. That is up to the owner to mop. I have NO complaints about any of the people involved in my transaction with the company. I give them 5+Stars if there was such a rating. For those needing financing, they have plenty of options to work with you on that. One thing I recommend to everyone; if you are doing a PACE or Ygreen loan, make sure you educate yourself about the Pros & Cons of such an option. A detailed review on the product will follow.

All the process since contacting them for the first time, until installation day was around 3 months. ASP make sure to keep us updated during the whole process, about county and condominium permits, and ordering our windows. The installers took good care of our belongings and were sure to leave their work area as clean as possible, also, they worked fast so my house was not looking as a construction site for too long.

My experience with ASP Windows and Doors started with a recommendation from Ygrene. From there I spoke with Lily Arbona on the phone. She told me then a sales associate will be contacting me regarding the sales appointment. She sent me Sergio's contact information with his picture, very professional unlike any other company I've worked with. Sergio came over the following morning politely introduced himself and the conversation started off with information regarding the company and the products they provided. He asked me about my needs and what I was looking to do. I told him I was looking for hurricane impact windows and doors. Talked to him about what I wanted with the bedroom window and he suggested doing an XOX instead of the two windows which was a great suggestion. Asked him about French doors and how we should set them up and Sergio provided the best possible lay out for my situation. I couldn't be happier with the results. I kept complimenting him telling him he should be an interior decorator because all his suggestions really changed and upgraded my house to the next level. He then invited me to the show room. He met me on a time convenient for me. That Sunday when we met at the show room he showed me all the products and I couldn't be any more comfortable with my decision. I signed that day and we were under way. Through out the process I received phone calls letting me know when the product would be arriving and to expect installation around next month. They never left me wondering what was happening. Once the product arrived Ruben was assigned to my job and my wife and I were prepared for the worst, expecting a mess and dust everywhere. Turned out to be the opposite. Every opening in this house was left spotless and taken care of so well I was shocked. Their professionalism and work was carried out in a way I had never thought was possible. I was really please with our front door. Out of all the choices, we were able to pin this style down and it's beautiful. We did some restructuring and after that were required to have plaster and stucco completed. Ronnie and his brother came over and did an excellent job. You would not be able to tell there was a door there. Everything was organized by the great Adriana always keeping me informed through out the process with which team and when they would be there. I would definitely recommend Asp windows and doors to all my friends and family. Great staff and company overall.

I found ASP Windows & Doors online after reading several good reviews, and they certainly delivered on their service! I first spoke with Alfred, and he quickly gave me an estimate and started the whole process. Within a couple of months, the necessary permits were pulled and my new impact windows and sliding doors were installed. Roberts installation team was very professional and very clean, even setting up plastic walls and vacuuming as they worked. I would highly recommend ASP Windows & Doors if anyone is looking for new impact windows or doors.

Very good experience with our salesman Jason. He was very thorough and patient. Kept us informed and was readily available to answer any question. Came by after the job was done to test the windows making sure they were working the way they should. Before and during installation worked with Adriana who was hands on with every aspect of the job. Problem communicating with the installers. They do not speak English, I do not speak Spanish. On a job like that one person should be fluent in English. this is USA
