Asap Locksmith

The locksmith came out to my house last Thursday to unlock my bedroom door.  He got it unlocked and left.  Today, Monday I came home to try to unlock my bedroom door and my key would not go all the way in the lock and couldn't unlock my door.  I called Asap Locksmith at 11:30 PM tonight and told them what had happen and the "manager" told me to call back in the morning and I told her I can't wait until the morning as it is my bedroom door and I need to get in there to shower and change my clothes.  She said she would call a technician and call me back.  I waited for a half hour and then called her back and she just kept hanging up the phone on me and after calling 10 times in a row she finally answered but told me she can't get a hold of anyone and for me to call back in the morning.  I told her that this was unacceptable and that I need someone to come out first thing in the morning and if she can setup an appt for first thing in the morning.  She put me on hold and came back to tell me that someone will call me in the morning and I tried asking her what time and she just kept talking over me and was very rude.
