I hired Rudy to repair a porch, I gave him $100 for materials, since then I have been calling Rudy at least 20 times for approximately 2 weeks and he will not return my calls, no work has been done

Although he was able to install a shelf, he had said he was also a painter. Clearly, he was not a painter. He did not use a dropcloth. he used a brush instead of a roller, and he did not use primer. There was a very poor outcome, and I had to find another painter.
