Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
This contractor had a worker doing poor work. He agreed it was bad quality and kept making the guy do it over. Finally, long after i requested it, he got another worker in. When i showed the new worker all the things that needed to be fixed, the contract argued that i had not mentioned some parts before (these parts were covered with grout and i could not see them before) and he did not want to fix those parts. I fired him at this time and the 2nd worker agreed to complete the work directly. The contractor then tried to sue me saying HE had completed the work and i did not pay him. Luckily the judge saw through his lies.
