Armadi Closets

On February 3rd, 2023, I made the unfortunate decision to sign an agreement with Armadi Closets in Aventura Miami for the creation and installation of custom kitchen cabinets. Little did I know that this would turn into a nightmarish experience filled with disappointment and frustration. During our initial consultation, we explicitly requested that the cabinets be constructed using durable plywood instead of MDF. This was a crucial requirement for us, emphasizing our desire for quality and longevity. However, on May 18th, 2023, when the cabinets were finally ready for installation, we were greeted with a shocking revelation – every single cabinet was made of the cheap and inferior MDF material. Our specific request for plywood had been completely disregarded, and it was evident that our concerns were blatantly ignored. To make matters worse, the installation process turned into an ongoing nightmare. The supposed professionals from Armadi Closets have been working on my condo's kitchen installation for a staggering two weeks, with no end in sight. Their lack of efficiency and organization is baffling. To add insult to injury, they shamelessly abandoned the job site to attend to another client, leaving us hanging for three long days. When they finally decided to grace us with their presence, they only worked a mere 4 hours and left the job site again. This level of unprofessionalism and mismanagement is beyond unacceptable. As if the material discrepancy and prolonged installation weren't enough, the final blow came when the coffee machine cabinet was installed. Despite the kitchen illustration clearly depicting special door inserts that would allow the cabinet to remain open while the machine is in use, they simply installed standard cabinet doors that serve no practical purpose. It's as if they intentionally disregarded our requests and ignored the very blueprint we had approved. In light of this abysmal experience, I implore anyone considering working with Armadi Closets to think twice. Their unreliability knows no bounds, and their products, customer service, and delivery of goods are nothing short of a colossal disappointment. Save yourself the anguish and frustration – look elsewhere for a company that values their customers and upholds their promises. Armadi Closets has proven themselves to be a woefully incompetent and untrustworthy organization.
