The reason for the Sealoflex roof is to have better draining and to be able to replace a broken tile individually without destroying the roof deck. Expandable grout should have been used so that the grout on the roof could expand and retract, therefere not tearing the roof. They did not use proper grout nor install the tiles correctly. When we had a problem, Architile wanted to blame everyone else involved. Eventually, their insurance paid $10,000.00. This is a fraction of the cost for repairs, as the full roof and deck has to be replaced.
