I liked his responsiveness, and he was on time.  He speaks English and is very conversational.   He didn't seem to try to make more work than he had to., but he wasn't trying to blast out as soon as he could either.  He took his time, and he did put a little extra time into putting my stove back in working order with all the screws where they belonged.  (you know us DIYers, we have to at least try to do something ourselves.)   He was nice.

I called Scott on Monday morning at 8 AM, left a message for him to call me back and received his call 12 minutes later. He was at my house within the hour and fixed my machine within the next half hour. The repair process was absolutely painless and the price was perfect. I am so happy to have found my go to appliance repair person for the future.

He worked cleanly and efficiently and hee had a great attitude.He had come earlier and had charged the 60.00 for visit and then a week later gave me the 60.00 credit towards the 314.00 total to replace the ice maker. I appreciated that I had time to think it over.

Good prompt service did the best he could without charging too much and warned me about potential costs to completely get rid of the problem which meant taking the dish washer completely apart. Would use again

It was fantastic! Scott arrived on time, completed the work on schedule, and did a great job with the repairs. The oven and the electrical panel are both in great shape thanks to him. He did such a good job that I called him at a later date to work on my dryer, but he was honest and advised that he couldn't do the repairs before referring me to the manufacturer.

I met Scott Neseman who was very nice and professional and examined the Lid Switch and saw that it was faulty and replaced it with a new one!! It worked fine after that and gave me a 90 day guarantee on the switch that he replaced!! I would recommend him to anybody who has a problem with their Washer and Dryer! He is very knowledgeable and has over 40 years of experience and is very professional!! By the way he is from Brooklyn N.Y.C. living in Miami Fl. and very good at what he does. Hope you give him a try, I promise you, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Our (old) dishwasher was making terrible noises and eventually stopped working. We tried to fix the problem ourselves, but couldn't do it. We looked into buying a new dishwasher but called the Appliance Wizard first based on good reviews on Angie's List. He came that same day at lunch, and fixed the issue (something had gotten stuck in the drain and he pulled it out). He was a nice guy, saved us researching, buying and installing a new dishwasher, so we were happy.

Knew what the problem was instantly. Had correct tools. Made zero mess. Solved problem snicker-snack.

Everything went fine. In addition to being extraordinarily expert, Scott was pleasant, convivial, professional.

My cheap Inglis fridge crapped out on a weekend (naturally). I called Appliance Wizard because he's the only guy I use these days. He was already working on another job, even though it was a Saturday. When he was finished, he came by and checked out the fridge.
He diagnosed a refrigerant leak and told us it would require repairs beyond the service he provides, and he gave a good estimate of the cost and aggravation involved. He put a tap valve on the fridge and charged the refrigerant so I would be able to use it until I got the fridge fixed or replaced it.
He also gave me some free advice about my dishwasher, which he has repaired in the past.
He has always provided prompt, reasonably priced quality service in the past. He is polite and professional. Highly recommended.

The refrigerator in my daughters apartment was not cooling properly. Called Scott this morning approximately 7AM. I met him there at 9AM. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad evaporator motor. He had the part and replaced it. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. He was friendly and courteous. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I like him. I have recommended him in the past. He is very efficient and fair at what he does. He has been very honest and informative as well.

When the dryer failed to heat properly following the addition of the vent (it heated well before the vent was added), I called AW again. He stated that the vent would not cause a problem with the heating element and offered to come out again (I assume for his $75 fee) to determine if there was a problem with the heating element. I decided to do some reading on my own and learned that the vent he installed was the cheapest out there and was not recommended by many, many experts (including dryer manuals). Because the heating element had not been an issue prior to the vent installation, and because the vent was not installed in an ideal fashion (he just hooked it to the back and let it loosely hang around, unsupported, to the front of the dryer where the door to the outside is), I decided to take matters into my own hands and test whether a proper vent would work better. I researched options, purchased a rigid vent (recommended) and installed it myself - all for a little time and less than $15. Had AW installed the correct type of vent the first time, I would not have wasted $90. Sure the dryer wasn't shutting itself off, but it also wasn't drying. When I added the proper vent, the drying time improved dramatically. To be honest, I felt like AW took advantage of my lack of knowledge and provided the cheapest alternative that, in this case, was ineffective.

The service was performed on a Saturday at 9am. Most companies would charge much more for the weekend.
I would definitely use this company again.

He was wonderful. He was honest and looked like a local hardworking man. I cannot say enough good things about him. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.
