I have recently purchased two single family homes in the Miramar area. I wasn't aware of how difficult the Association was in that specific community when it came down to approving renters. These guys are amazing as managers besides locating renters since they're currently handling a multi-unit in Miami. They handled the whole approval process with the Association from beginning to end. Completely satisfied with their service!

Ever since I hired them a year ago to start managing my rentals In Miami everything has gone smoothly enough to have them manage newly acquired properties in Fort Lauderdale. I already posted a rating in 2015 when we hired the company to manage our vacation property when we were away (we are from Canada). We just sold our unit and this company (Javier) has been by our side since then. We went through a 40 year certification during Covid-19 (strict travel restrictions for us to travel) which required a lot of preparations to be done in our unit for the work to be completed. Of course, we never had any lead time from our Association. However, we could count on Javier to help us fulfill all the association's requirements. This was done done in addition to the regular inspections of our unit. To make the situation more complex our A/C broke down and needed replacement. Javier coordinated the work with minimal involvement on our part with no issues. We have no negative comments only that it was a pleasure to work with him. We highly recommend.
