We have exclusively used Mr. Wison. 2 years ago when we were selling our home an inspector for the buyer tried to tell us the roof had a covering over it that was not permitted. As usual the inspector was wrong, which is why when buying a house I do not use Inspectors! they usually have no back ground in the industry and do not know what they are looking at and you still have to call in an expert anyway. I have been selling real estate for 28 years and have extensive knowledge and experience in this.
The product was Mastic which IS permitted. But because the inspector did not know this said we needed a new roof. We did not. We called Mr. Wilson (the roofer who put the product on our roof years ago had retired). He went out of his way and spent much time with our buyer to assure them of the product and the stability of our roof. 
This is why I use Mr. Wilson. He knows his business and will take his time to work with you. 
We were thinking of buying the house we are renting for his opinion of the roof and quote for a new (if need be). He did this at no cost. When we decided to buy another house we called him. He came saw and wrote a report. But again went above and beyond when the seller needed more information . He went and checked on permits and wrote an extensive report with explanation. This took time and it was requested at the last minute. Thank you Mr. Wison for your professionalism. (English speaking!)
