We've used him for 30 years.

Their pricing is reasonable. We had to put a dog down there and we had to put another dog down years later and my wife couldn't bear it, so he came to the house and did it and took the dog away. I thought that was extraordinary.

It's a very small animal hospital. He is absolutely the most wonderful vet I've ever used and I've had a lot of cats in the last 36 years. He is super nice. He's great with the human clients and with the animals. The people in his office are very nice. They've all been there many years. The one who's been there the least amount of time has been there 11 years. He was just great with my animals.

I have a great vet. I've been using him for probably 20 years. His name is Joseph Horty and the name of the business is Animal Clinic of Ives Dairy Road. The bill came to a $750. His price is reasonable. I've been to vets who charge you $200 for walking through the door, he's not like this. It's a very small animal hospital. He is absolutely the most wonderful vet I've ever used and I've had a lot of cats in the last 36 years. He is super nice. He's great with the human clients and with the animals. My 18 yo cat was vomiting and listless.  Dr. Hardy examined him very
thoroughly and took some tests including an extensive blood test.  We
had  just moved into a new house and I felt it might have been the move
but the test revealed the beginning of a kidney issue.  Dr. Hardy is
very kind and thorough, and contacted me as soon as the results were
available.  We did not wait a long time to see him and all the staff is
very friendly and kind.

It was a good experience. They were very pleasant and efficient.

He is wonderful. I love him. I have more than one dog and he only charges me for one. He will work very diligently to found out what is wrong with the dog. The office environment itself is not all that impressive, but he is extremely good vet. He is very economical. He has saved one of my dogs several times. He is very loving and caring towards animal. I wish I could find a doctor for myself like him.

It went very well and Mr. O'Malley bounced back to normal quickly with the expert care he received. I thought the kitty had some kind of respiratory problem since his face was covered with a foul smelling discharge that I assumed had come out of his nose. He also refused to eat for a couple days. Dr. Hardy fit us in immediately since it seemed to be an emergency. He explained the various things that it might possibly be and told me about the tests that might be needed in order to diagnose the problem. He would have to give anesthesia in order to examine the nasal area, so we agreed that Mr. O'Malley's teeth should be cleaned while he was under anesthesia. Several hours later Dr. Hardy called to give me the good news that the problem turned out to be an infected puncture wound in the tongue (not evident until under anesthesia), so the diagnostic tests were not needed after all. We were given antibiotic drops to administer twice a day for a week. Mr. O'Malley is totally recovered now and back to normal. Pricing is very fair for the high quality of service and because we have several pets we qualify for a multi-pet discount which helps.

The vet at Animal Clinic Of Ives Dairy Road is wonderful. He takes the time to explain everything to me. I was even allowed to participate in her feeding and my dog came through the process very well. I have been bringing all my pets here for several years and have been consistently very satisfied with the quality of care and the willingness of the vet to answer all my questions and explain everything to me.
