+ -1 moreCompletely unprofessional!! We set up a time for TV mounting at 10:00. He strung us along all day, and at 6:00pm, he asked if we could reschedule for the next day. He didn’t respond to texts unless I called him and kept assuring us that he’d be on his way in 10 minutes.
