About us
We are Florida State licensed Mold Assessors and Home Inspectors. We have performed Mold testing since 2001 and have been in business since 1994 performing over 15,000 property inspections to date. If you suspect an active leak or you’ve experienced water damage or have an unusual musty odor in your home or place of business, you may be at risk of mold contamination. We will visually examine the property to locate the water source and take air, swab, or bulk samples to identify the Molds present. If you are purchasing any property, home, condominium, commercial building, multi-family, or industrial warehouse, we will perform a per-purchase inspection for you in order to identify and uncover any defects, latent or otherwise, to assist you in making a buying decision.
