Americarpet Inc

There's nothing negative to say about AMERICARPET INC. They're honest and reputable. The owner's name is Juan and they're very good. I have no complaints. Their price was reasonable because I did look around quite a bit. I didn't get the most expensive, right now it's 2 months old and I don't see any problems with it. The quality seems to be very good for what I paid unless something happens but I doubt if it will.

My decorator had recommended Americarpet and I couldn't have been more pleased. Initially I checked out some other places like Home Depot and Don Bailey, but really was not able to find the quality I wanted within the price range I wanted. Americarpet had a huge selection and their prices were very fair. My decorator suggested that I bring samples into my home before we make a final decision, since lighting in my room would be different from the store's. This was so true. I ordered about 5 samples before I found the perfect carpet. The installation was excellent. I still cannot find the seams! The owner, Juan, and his wife were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly and patient, with the old fashioned kind of service one rarely finds. I had the edges bound on some of the left over carpet to make two area mats, and Juan did not even charge for that. Also, as part of their service they will loan out without charge their carpet cleaning machine to their customers. I would definitely use Americarpet again.

THEY TOOK OUT ALL OF MY CARPET TO INSTALL LAMINATE. THE LAMINATE HAD ONLY BEEN DOWN A MONTH AND IT STARTED TO COME UP. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY TO COME AND FIX IT THEY REFUSED.
