Alpine Perfect Water Technologies

On July 13, 2023 I contracted with Alpine to install a Hague Filter to remove Iron from my irrigation system for $3,760.77. My sprinklers run at 4am and I did not suspect any issues after installation. However, my lawn started to experience grass fungus issues and in April, 2024, I had my irrigation system tested. It was determined that the irrigation system was limiting the pressure required to run my sprinklers effectively, and water was pooling in areas where the sprinkler heads would not rise due to low pressure. When the filter is bypassed, the system runs without any pressure issues. I immediately contacted Alpine and requested they rectify the problem. They sent out a technician and confirmed the Hague Filter does not allow adequate taking accountability that they sold a very expensive product that they should have known would not work. To resolve our dispute, I offered two options, 1) refund my original purchase or 2) install a 2nd unit to see if that solves the problem. I agreed that if we pursued this option, I would not be refunded for the original unit but I would be refunded for the 2nd unit if the problem was not solved. Alpine has offered to install the 2nd unit and refund 50% of that unit if that does not solve the problem. This is not acceptable to me. I paid for a luxury product under the assumption that it was appropriate for my system.

Usually, I don't leave recommendations and this one will be my first. If you thought you are drinking good and healthy water just try to google what was found in both tap and plastic bottled water. Studies and investigations I found showed that plastic bottled water is pretty much the same tap water you have. All they do is they place it in the convenient (but dangerous) plastic bottles and claim it is a better water for us. It is not true! It is a huge scam. You should only buy glass bottled water if you really have to. But why spend so much money on buying expensive water if you can have healthy water right in your kitchen. For less! I know how to count my money and I see that I save a lot more with high quality water filtration than buying bottled water. And obviously I don't have to deal with driving down to Costco or Publix or Walmart just to get some water and carry it on my own. I have it right in my apartment. I totally recommend Alpine Perfect!!!

I know these guys in person. But it's not the only reason I recommend Alpine Perfect. If you are looking for the best water filtration just call them. They will take care of everything. And if you want to save some cash- they have great solutions for that as well. Me and my daughter are finally sure about our water and when we will move to our next place we know that we can take it with us. Thank you Daniil and Kuba for your help! I was looking for a 5gal water delivery. When I called these guys they told me that they don't do it but he asked me why did I choose this option for my drinking water. When I told him what I knew (at least I thought I knew) he offered me a free consultation on water quality both for my tap water and any water that I used to buy. I am very busy during the week and I told him that I can only be home with my husband on Sunday. And he said okay. He found a very professional person to visit my house on Sunday and that guy Daniel made a free water test right in from of us on some mini lab equipment. He also explained everything about plastic bottled water and how it's almost the same thing in my tap. I wouldn't say i was very surprised. But when I asked him what solutions he can find for us he did some real magic. We spend about $25 on water every month. And of course my husband has to drive to Publix and bring the water himself. Actually that's why I was considering 5gal water delivery. But when we calculated the water filtration system that we can finance it was almost the same amount of money we spend on plastic bottles minus we don't have to drive to grocery store anymore just to get the water, we don't have to heavy lift all those packs of water, we don't have to worry about plastic wastage.
