They really did a lot to clean the house in 2 hours as I needed. Good and friendly staff and Lecy communicated with me before the date to keep in touch. Will hire again if needed.

Excellent service! They answered the phone right after Christmas when no one else did. We sold our house, were closing on a Monday and needed help cleaning on the Sunday before. They were amazing and found excellent workers to help us in a bind. They did a great job! Highly recommended!

Alpha maids cleans my house twice a month and they do great work. The maids are very efficient and effective, as well as trustworthy. They have also always been very kind to my dog. I will continue to use them, and I recommend them for house cleaning.

This company is fantastic! They are thorough, meticulous, responsible, and careful. The attention to detail is exactly what I expect from a housecleaning company/crew. I also like the flexibility on days and times. I can text the head housekeeper and she is excellent and professional about getting back to me within a reasonable amount of time. I have used a few companies in the past and I am so glad my neighbor referred AlphaMaids.

Excellent! Ms. Lecy was very responsive since the start and was flexible when I needed my dates changed. Cleaner arrived 10mins early, started right away and did an excellent job cleaning my unit. She was very nice and finishes on the exact 2hr timeframe we agreed on. Thank you for the excellent quality and customer service!

I was sent a woman who spoke a little english and could communicate with me. All those women are overpaid and therefore people spoil them. I paid $28 an hour for cleaning my already clean house. I shall not give you details of what she did not do well at all but when I pay someone by the hour, that person does not have the right to call people from her cell (4 times) or to answer her phone on my back. She was here for four hours, and did not even take the trash out (this is the least). She simply vacuumed the surfaces, no corners or moving things and furniture and very little dusting.... Imagine, these women make over $200 in eight hours, for they could go "clean" another house after the first. Teachers and part time College instructors make less than those women and they work so much more and harder, giving and grading tests and exams, prepare for lectures, etc., etc. with great responsibilities without any health insurance cover and they even pay taxes. Someone must do something about that.

If anyone gets past that and believes anything else you say, they are understanding something that went way over my head. Why would anyone hire a maid service to clean an already clean house? And this person tried to make the rest of what was written believable, the attempt failed! This person gave the letter rating average of D, even if any of this was true, this person failed in that they didnt give alphamaids the chance to correct anything that was failed to do, or was done in a fashion that was unsatisfactory. And I will not even attempt to go deeply into how this person tries to compare one job, how much they earn, and another one and how much they make! This is not fair to anyone in this equation, the MAIDS nor the TEACHERS, etc. FACT is, how much a teacher makes has a load of variables! Location, gov or private, what level of education the teacher is at, to name just a few. Some MAIDS, and MAID BUSINESS's [like alphamaids] work very hard for the money they earn, and it is not fair to compare them either to other MAIIDS, or to other workers doing any other type of job. More then half of the review was in attempting to compare some workers in some industries, and how much they make, compared to others and how much they make. The other half lost all credibility after that statement about how, alphamaids was hired to clean an already clean house."

I employed Alphanmaids for over 2 years, they came every other week. They were reliable, until they decided not to be. Not only did I pay over $7000 in the time I utilized them, I tipped generously - every time. I have all financial records to validate that. Near the end of 2015, Lecy simply stopped confirming my standing appointment every other week. Sometimes the ladies would show up, sometimes they would not. That became absolutely unacceptable for me. Shortly there after, I discovered a ring missing from my home. With no proof they had taken it, I had no recourse but to simply stop using them. The ring was not worth enough, nor did I have the video system I have now to turn over to the police. Nobody else has access or comes into my home. They were very thorough when they did show up and I always appreciated that and they were reasonably priced. If you don't mind the inconsistency and can be home when they come, or you can do a better job of taking inventory of your belongings than I did, you will be happy.

The partnership started out very very well. I found Lecy online in 2013 and utilized her company in 2013 through to the end of 2015, every other week. Financial bank records show over $5500 paid, plus another $1000 in tips ($130 fee plus $20-$40 tip bi-weekly). They always cleaned to my satisfaction, sometimes above and beyond. She would confirm our standing appointment (every other Thursday) a few days before the appointment. I was happy. They never indicated an issue on their end. Near the end of our business together, she repeatedly failed to confirm, cancelled my appointment or the ladies simply failed to show up. They became highly unreliable. Consistency very important to us. I ultimately decided it was inconvenient. When I stopped calling to inquire if they were coming or not, she eventually stopped calling. Shortly thereafter, before I hired a new company, I discovered a ring missing from my home. At the time I did not have cameras (i do now), so no way to prove to the authorities, Lecy's company in unbonded and uninsured, and frankly the ring wasn't worth enough to file a claim. I do not have visitors to my home. It has always bothered me greatly to be taken advantage of. . If you have cameras, can be home when they are there, or you do a better job than I did of taking inventory of your items after each visit, they are a very thorough and affordable service. Reliable until they choose not to be.

Maids arrived 10 minutes late but because they got lost. Maids where very professional and tried to work as efficiently as possible. I asked them to clean the bathrooms and bedrooms first and take whatever time they needed to do a thorough job. They did not thoroughly descale the shower in the master bathroom. There was still some soap scum after they left. They did not thoroughly dust or remove all pet hair in some areas. I understand time constraints but considering there was two maids and they had 2.5 hours to clean upstairs they could have done a better job. The house wasn't in deplorable or disgusting conditions. Overall I appreciate their professionalism, I would hire them again just maybe supervise the work a little closer.

Lecy went above and beyond and even washed the dirty sheets and towels which was not part of the agreement. I was very pleased with her work and her professionalism.

My wife and I can be very picky consumers however we called Alpha maids once we were finishing with a remodeling project to our home. They came out quickly, and provided wonderful service. They were respectful, punctual, and detail-oriented. We would definitely use them again.
