 + -1 moreVERY NEGATIVE. MR. ROCHA SAID HE WOULD HAVE ALL PIECES BEFORE SCHEDULING INSTALLATION AND INSTALLATION WOULD OCCUR IN 1 DAY. THE FIRST APPOINTMENT (TUES), TWO PIECES WERE MIS-MEASURED AND ONE PIECE WAS NOT DELIVERED. HE THEN MADE AN APPOINTMENT ON THURS NIGHT FOR FRI, GUARANTEEING HE HAD THE CORRECTED AND MISSING PIECES. JUST BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT HE CALLED TO SAY HE WAS RUNNING LATE AND WOULD BE THERE LATER IN THE DAY OR NEXT DAY. ONE HOUR LATER THE FABRICATOR IN ORLANDO CALLED AND STATED THE MATERIALS WERE IN ORLANDO AND NOT MIAMI SO NO WAY TO HAVE THE INSTALLATION COMPLETED. ON THE FOURTH APPOINTMENT FOR WED, THE LARGE REMAINING PIECE WAS DROPPED AND BROKEN SO INSTALLATION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED. I CONTACTED 2 INDIVIDUALS AT THE SILESTONE CORPORATE OFFICE WHO DID NOT RESPOND TO A LETTER OR SEVERAL PHONE CALLS. MR ROCHA ON THE 5TH ATTEMPT COMPLETED INSTALLATION. HE, NOR SILESTONE WERE CONCERNED OVER 3 MISSED DAYS OF WORK DUE TO MISSING PIECES.
