I contacted Jorge at All-Safe and was glad I did. They ordered the parts we needed, and got our system back in operation. Their pricing was reasonable and their work was excellent. They discovered and corrected several installation issues done by the other company.
Jorge was honest and straightforward, and the price was exactly as estimated.
Definitely recommend.
In addition, I had a friend who had just given me her used pool fence, so that I would have enough fencing for each house and I would not have to share the same one....which was my second option. I was quoted $225.00 to installation of my own fence, and just for my information, I asked how much it would be to get everything new, and he quoted me about $500.00 for the new fence.
When I called and told him I was ready to install my own fence, I told the salesperson I would not be home between 1:00 and 4:00 on Wednesday, and as it turns out, my phone quit working around 1:45pm. The installers from Pool Safe Came at 2:00 pm, when no one was home. They drilled holes in the coping around one side of my pool and in my deck to install their own fence with poles at irregular intervals. When I came home, they were 75% done with the job - without ever checking where I wanted the holes, what fence I wanted to use, what color sleeves I wanted to use, or having me sign anything. I was furious.
I immediately called the sales person, who checked with his boss and offered to give me the fence the brought of an extra $400.00, instead of the usual $500.00. When you go into something expecting to pay $225, and without any notice you have to pay $625 - and you were only doing the improvement because you had a free fence anyway, it is upsetting.
When I refused to buy the new fence, the salesperson told the men to pack up their things and go. They left, leaving about 14 holes in my deck that that didn't even have plugs - making it more unsafe. I called right after the people left complaining about the open holes, but as of now I have not had the holes plugged.
I don't like being put in the position where I have to pay money for something I did not want or cause more damage to my property. While my phone did go out between 1:30 and 4:00, I told him ahead of time I would not be able to be reached at this time anyway due to a meeting. I am upset about the whole thing.
