All-Phase removed the a/c unit 3 times over a year's time to clean it and prevent it from leaking inside. On the third visit the men told me the a/c had rusted out on the inside and I should buy a new one. I wish I had been told this might be a possibility first, instead of spending $300 to clean it over a year's period. Overall, these people were quick to come, punctual and friendly. However, the owner of the company who answers the phone is bossy and grumpy. He interrupts you and speaks sharply to you, as if you were a child. If you can ignore this and humor him, you will get quick service from his team.

Repair man,Mr.Gonzalez, arrived promptly. He wiped his feet every time he came inside the house, accompanied me to Home Depot to choose a light fixture to replace broken one, made small conversation and was pleasant and friendly with sales peoples. He noticed my new license plate which was near the front door and offered to replace old one which he did.

Gonzo the service man was punctual, friendly and informative. The job took about two hours and cost $140, the amount I had been told on the phone. I think it was worth it because the A/C works just like new and doesn't leak inside the apartment anymore. Plus the peace of mind knowing the A/C is not full of gunk.

THE HANDYMAN ARRIVED ON TIME, WIPED HIS SHOES BEFORE ENTERING MY HOUSE WITHOUT BEING ASKED. TOOK HIS SHOES OFF TO ENTER CARPETED AREAS WITHOUT BEING ASKED. FIXED TOILETS WITH LITTLE OR NO FUSS. NEEDED A DRILL AND ANOTHER SCREW TO FIX DRAWER THAT WORKS PERFECTLY. VERY POLITE, APPROPRIATELY CHATTY.

I HAVE HAD THIS HANDYMAN FOR MANY YEARS NOW. HE ALWAYS DOES REALLY GREAT WORK. HE IS ALWAYS A PHONE CALL AWAY. THEY ALWAYS FIND THE PROBLEM AND GET IT FIXED RIGHT AWAY.
