BAD! The inspector made multiple mistakes. Failed to identify the electrical panel as Federal Pacific, which are not accepted by insurance companies in Florida. He also failed to identify damages to the refrigerator caused by roaches. We had to replace the refrigerator the day after we learned about it. He failed to identify some impact windows that were broken, so now we need to pay for their replacement from our own pocket. The inspection to the roof was very poor. The inspector suggested that we would need $1,100 to repair the damages, so the seller credited us with that amount at closing. Now that we moved in, a roofing company is quoting us almost $4,000 for the repairs, as damages are much more extensive than what the inspector identified. Upon claiming all these faults, the company offered us $500, which we rejected. They are not even accepting our mail now, avoiding any contact with us.
